Each year, we at Salt + Cedar Properties take a step beyond real estate to make a meaningful impact in our local community. Our annual event, The Great Give Back, is back — and this year’s gathering promises to be our biggest yet.
Why We Do It
In a business where we talk a lot about homes, investments and value, one of the greatest values we have is the opportunity to serve. The Great Give Back is our way of saying thank you to the community that supports us, and of giving back to the neighborhoods we live in. It’s more than an event: it’s our tradition of service.
Last year’s event brought together friends, neighbors, clients, and team members for a great photo opp on our classic red pickup truck. This year we are featuring a home-built hot cocoa stand – you don’t want to miss it!

What to Expect
We’ll be gathering for a day of goodwill, community connection and meaningful contributions. Activities will include:
- Photo shoot in our hot coca hut (with digital photos being emailed within 7 days)
- A light refreshment station + social time to mingle and connect while making s’mores
- Donations of non-perishable food items
- A moment of gratitude and sharing from the Salt + Cedar team
- A pie for you to take home! (pumpkin, apple, or pecan – you choose!)
