Alice has spent the last 15 years at the Jersey Shore. When faced with the decision of raising children in New York City, or a beautiful New Jersey beach town, she quickly made the decision to leave the city and settle at the Shore. Before relocating she worked in the fast paced hospitality industry, there she was able to hone her people skills, as well as the art of delightful customer service. Alice has held various types of leadership roles, from owning and operating a restaurant to running the PTO. None greater than the Mom-in-Chief position she has held for the past 15+ years. As her children grow and become more independent the real estate industry is a natural fit. Alice brings this experience combined with her attention to detail and calm disposition to the team at Salt + Cedar.
