Spring Lake Heights is a 1.3 square mile town just 1 mile east of the Atlantic Ocean. It boasts a small town feel with its Kindergarten through 8th grade elementary school, close knit community, and easy access to the beach. It’s not unusual to see kids riding bikes,, neighbors chatting on front lawns, or the community rallying together to support one another. Though this small town does not sit directly on the coast, nor does it have it’s own “proper” downtown, it offers easy access to both its neighbors to the east (Spring Lake), north (Belmar), and south (Sea Girt & Manasquan). Spring Lake Heights also offers the nature preserve, Wreck Pond, to its south offering the opportunity to fish, kayak, or paddle board. And it is home to the Spring Lake Golf Club, one of the most beautiful courses in the country. Be sure to stop by Hoffmann’s for ice cream or St. Stephans for a bite to eat!
