Before launching her real estate career in 2018, Kathleen spent 21 successful years with a global insurance provider, masterfully navigating roles in underwriting, marketing, and sales development for both personal and commercial lines. This extensive corporate background provides her clients with an elite competitive advantage in property valuation, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
A native of Maplewood, NJ, Kathleen’s love for the Jersey Shore spans decades, having spent summers in Monmouth Beach, Spring Lake, and Sea Girt. After residing in New York City, Greenwich, and Hoboken, she purchased and beautifully renovated her Spring Lake home in 2016, becoming a proud, full-time resident. Kathleen is an active leader in both her alma mater and her community; she serves Hamilton College as Class President, Giving Chair, and off-campus admissions interviewer, and in January 2022, she was elected to the Spring Lake Borough Council and is currently serving her second term.
When she isn't matching clients with their dream coastal homes, Kathleen can be found tending to her flower gardens, walking the local boardwalks, or hosting family and friends.
