Our second annual Great Giveback Event was held on November 19, 2023 this year and was held at our real estate office at 260 Parker Avenue in Manasquan. 
Our busy corner where Manasquan meets Sea Girt was busier than usual that day. Once the event was announced clients were invited to sign up for a time slot to have their holiday photo taken by our professional photographer, Bobby Bates, and to pickup a complimentary pie courtesy of Smith’s Farm Market. Guests were also given the option to skip the photo session and pick up a pie in our “drive thru” area.
Clients who chose the professional photo session option got to choose one of two backdrops: in front of the lit fireplace in our office that was decorated with a holiday décor or the second option was held outside (we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather that day!) in a vintage Jeep, decorated with blankets, pillows, surfboards, and of course – a festive wreath. 
Our pie selection came from Smith’s Farm Market on Allaire Road in Wall Township, and clients got to choose either, a pumpkin pie, pecan pie, or an apple crumb.
In exchange for the complementary photo shoot and Thanksgiving pie, our clients brought in food that we donated to Fulfill, the Monmouth, County Food bank.
We were able to collect 231 pounds of food this year and a $50 donation! It was wonderful to see past clients and chat with them over hot apple cider and cider donuts, also from the farm market. This was a fabulous event that gave Salt And Cedar Properties an opportunity to reconnect with clients throughout Monmouth County and Ocean County New Jersey and their families and to give back to the community as well.Cheers to another successful year and an event we will be sure to repeat in 2024!
